Leeds Tykes are happy to announce their stay at West Park Leeds has been extended.

West Park Leeds has been the Tykes home since Phil Davies’ second stint at the club when the club went through its re-branding and re-homing.

For the last three years the Tykes have enjoyed the outstanding facilities provided by West Park Leeds who have their own women’s and men’s teams as well as a thriving mini and junior section, which it can boast are the biggest in the region.

Leeds Tykes’ General Manager Jake Brady commented: “We are really happy that we have agreed to extend our stay here. The club is in a brilliant location geographically, making it quick and easy for our players to get to training and games. The facilities are second to none, even during the worst weather of the last few years we have been able to continue to train on the club’s artificial grass pitch which can make a massive difference when other teams are frozen off.”

West Park Leeds have recently had their artificial grass pitch relayed so the surface is better than ever. This along, with 5 other full-sized pitches and functional weights room, can more than service the Tykes needs.

It’s not just the facilities that has been beneficial as Brady explains: “The catering and hospitality provided by West Park is some of the best I’ve had. Tony and Trina look after us all so well, lots of opposition teams have commented how good the food is. Last season we hosted our end of season awards dinner at the club where Tony provided 3 courses for the best part of 150 people. Tony really has been amazing and is a big part of why it has worked so well for the last 3 years.”
