We’re introducing a new Leeds Tykes WhatsApp Channel, giving our supporters another way to follow the Tykes, particularly on matchdays.
With X/Twitter now limiting the number of posts unverified accounts can make each day, we’ve had to look at how we can continue providing regular match commentary without the risk of being cut off during a game.
Our WhatsApp Channel will keep you up to date with everything happening on the pitch; from squad announcements, weather conditions and on-field action to tries, scores, substitutions and other key moments, right through to the full-time score and post-match action.

And don’t worry, this isn’t a WhatsApp group. Followers cannot see who else has followed the channel, and they do not share their phone number with the club.

WhatsApp will be our main match commentary channel, but we’ll continue to use our other channels, including X, for key match updates, primarily the half-time and full-time scores/results.
